  • 1988 to 1992: Fiberweb North America / James River Corporation, Simpsonville, SC, Quality Assurance Manager;   Responsible for design and implementation of Total Quality System, Plant-wide training/implementation of Statistical Process Control, Supervision of QC Laboratory Technicians, Field Technical Customer Service.
  • 1978 to 1988: Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Hampton, SC, Quality Assurance Engineer / Engineer Specialist; Responsible for qualification of circuit board laminate material to military and customer specifications, designation and documentation of major process controls and implementation of Statistical Process Control throughout industrial manufacturing operation, supervision of inspection and laboratory technicians, field technical service. Lead Process Engineer; Responsible for development of epoxy resin systems for mil-spec multi layer circuit board material, development of incoming materials testing and evaluation, customer technical service, convolute tubing product line.

  • Certification of two manufacturing sites and corporate headquarters to the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard within 8 months.
  • Finished product and intermediate inventory analysis in order to build adequate levels to ensure customer satisfaction during transition to new manufacturing facility.
