Ms. Glidden has more than 30 years of experience as a financial intermediary, as President of her own financial intermediary and consulting company since 1988. and in key business development and management positions with major financial institutions from 1972 to 1988. Her primary focus for the past seven years has been on performance improvement, acquisitions and the subsequent integration and consolidation of those companies, strategic long term planning, plant closing, and financing's. This includes both healthy companies and turnaround situations. Prior to that, the focus had been on debt financing's, mergers, and acquisitions. Professional experience and responsibility demonstrate a proven track record of accomplishments and expertise in a wide variety of industries, company size and management styles.

Acquisition of a chemical distributor, leading the team to complete integration within 60 days.

Acquisition of a chemical manufacturer, leading the team to complete consolidation, a plant closing and move of business to a new location within 100 days.

Acquisition search, due diligence and financing assistance resulted in two acquisitions completed within 90 days.

sell side assignments, including creating a market with a select group of
potential buyers/sellers, negotiating with all parties to obtain the most
favorable terms for the client, interfacing with lawyers and accountants on
various key matters, and closing transactions.

Experience post-sale of a business in collecting funds, including
collecting receivables and liquidating other assets.

Extensive experience in long-term strategic financial analysis,
subsequent development of business plans, and presentations of these to
Boards of Directors. |
Ms. Glidden has an MBA degree, cum laude, from Boston University with a
finance concentration and a BA from Wheaton College in Massachusetts. She is
active in many charitable activities and wilderness organizations.
