Three Year Assignment

Cumberland Capital announces the successful completion of a three year assignment with a private equity firm, Core Point Capital, LLC.  Core Point invests in under performing companies, and significantly improves the performance.

Cumberland’s projects included advising on its chemical manufacturing platform, CPC Chemical Holdings, LLC concerning four mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, financing, integration of two acquired companies, consolidation of two businesses, and closing of a 150,000 square foot chemical plant.  The plant closing and consolidation of production was successfully completed within 75 days. CPC Chemical currently manufactures and distributes specialty chemicals for the textile, cosmetic, graphic arts, and industrial segments.
