Ms. Glidden has more than 30 years of experience as a financial intermediary, as President of her own financial intermediary and consulting company for the latter half of her career and in key business development and management positions with major financial institutions for the first half of her career. Her primary focus for the past ten years has been on performance improvement, acquisitions and the subsequent integration and consolidation of those companies, strategic long term planning, plant closing, and financings. This includes both healthy companies and turnaround situations. Prior to that, the focus had been on debt financings, mergers, and acquisitions. Professional experience and responsibility demonstrate a proven track record of accomplishments and expertise in a wide variety of industries, company size and management styles.

1999 to Present: Core Point Capital, Charlotte, N.C., Advisory Board, Turnaround equity fund; target market companies with revenue of $10 million to $350 million.
1988 to Present: Cumberland Capital Co., Atlanta, GA, President and Founder; Consulting and Financial intermediary for corporate performance improvement, mergers and acquisitions, integration and consolidation of acquired companies, plant closings, strategic long range planning, and equity and debt placements. Target market companies with revenue of $10 million to $350 million.
1987 to 1988: Heller Financial, Inc., Atlanta, GA; Vice President, Business Development; responsible for developing new client relationships for cash flow lending, for businesses with revenue of $25 million to $300 million.
1985 to 1987: Security Pacific Business Credit, Inc., Atlanta, GA; Vice President, Business Development; responsible for developing new client relationships for asset based lending, for businesses with revenue of $10 million to $100 million.
1977 to 1985: First National Bank of Chicago, Atlanta, GA; Vice President, Relationship Manager; responsible for creating new clients and managing those relationships for unsecured and partially secured corporate loans, for businesses ranging from large Fortune 100 companies to small, family owned businesses and regional financial institutions; completed numerous highly leveraged transactions, acquisition financing's, and cash flow financing's; also responsible for interfacing with clients on all banking products, including cash management, merger & acquisition, treasury products, economic forecasting, etc.
1972 to 1977: Shawmut Bank of Boston, NA., Boston, MA; Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager; responsible for creating new clients for unsecured and partially secured corporate loans, and for managing in excess of 100 client relationships throughout New England; customers included medium to small sized family owned businesses, and regional and community banks.
